W. David Heller, ASLA

Principal and Licensed Landscape Architect
Heller & Associates, LLC

David’s landscape background is extensive and diverse. What later became his primary profession began as a passionate hobby when he was a teenager looking to expand a lawn mowing service. Fifteen years later, David founded his own Landscape Architectural consultation practice to pursue a life ambition of beautifying outdoor living spaces.

David’s early interest in landscaping and the use of plant material in Midwest environments has provided him with a unique knowledge of plant identification and growth habits of many types of trees, shrubs, and perennials commercially grown and used in the landscape industry of the Midwest.

David holds a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana, and a Master of Science Degree in Business (Real Estate emphasis) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

He is licensed or registered as a Landscape Architect in Illinois and Wisconsin, and is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA)
